DanielS27
last night i mixed up the Sparkling Ale as per recipe with S-04 yeast. After stiring my wort had a very foamy surface. I pitched the yeast anyway, temp was 22c. Is there any problems associated with a lot of foam on the surface prior to adding yeast?
Hairy
Nope, all fine. It would just be some foam from mixing and the yeast will work its way through it.
