Although us Tasmanian's are a forgiving lot.

But you know what, I think that we all try to share too much when we are just starting out in the brewing game. But then again I think that's due to the wow factor. Put a brew down, try it two weeks later and its like "I brewed that". Then you crack one at two or three months or as with my LCPA clone 6 months and "WOW".

No one brews a bad beer in that first four month period.
