Hard apple cider not clearing up

Ive made a hard apple cider just using 3l container of apple juice & a cup of dextrose to up the alcohol & fermented with champayne yeast. when it first started it was clear now 2 weeks later its cloudy as all hell. is there any thing i could use to clear it up a bit.?

if your kegging hit it with finnings..

 

if your botteling it, put it in a dark bottle so you cant see it's cloudy [ninja]

 

Cold condition it.. it's got... wait for it... Yeast in it?

 

again.. sorry..

 

mutters something and wanders off...
