This is what I came up with last night for a recipe. 2.5 LDM 566g Amber (LME) 150g Carapils 150g Pale Chocolate malt 150g Light Crystal 20L 42g Hallertau (5.7%) (45mins) 5g Hallertau (5.7%) (5mins) 5g Perle (6%) (5mins) Wyeast 2206 Bavaria Lager 23L OG 1.052 FG 1.013 SRM (colour)11.9 (IBU) 26.1 Any thought are welcome?
