Guest
15g Citra is a nice dry hop for the Sparkling imo.
Damien E1
Hi everyone I am doing a sparkling ale this week and was wanting to give dry hopping a go i don't want to hop the crap out of my beer just want to give it a slight hop aroma/flavour what would be a good type of hop to dry hop my sparkling ale with? Cheers in advance Depends what style of hops you like really, and what fits the base beer. Personally I love dry hopping with East Kent Goldings, but for the Sparkling I might try a B-Saaz, also known as Motueka.

Guest
it is said to use 1g per litre then adjust from there but I find with Citra as a dry hop in the Sparkling that 15g was enough. Each to their own though [joyful]
