JohnnyHavana Posted March 24 Share Posted March 24 I just made my first batch using the coopers kit, my goto local beer is Mill St Organic Lager , from Ontario Canada. I was wondering if anyone on here as ever tried it and with your beer making knowledge, cold possibly tell me how to make a similar crisp light beer. Pale Man Posted March 24 Share Posted March 24 If you're kit brewing I'd use the Coopers Canadian Blonde can. Light dry malt and dextrose. A couple of good lager yeast packs. Brew at lager temps.
