anyone ever drink Mill Street Organic Lager - looking to make a similar beer any help would be greatly appreciated.

Recommended Posts

I just made my first batch using the coopers kit, my goto local beer is Mill St Organic Lager , from Ontario Canada.

I was wondering if anyone on here as ever tried it and with your beer making knowledge, cold possibly tell me how to make

a similar crisp light beer.

Thank you in advance.

If you're kit brewing I'd use the Coopers Canadian Blonde can. Light dry malt and dextrose. A couple of good lager yeast packs.

Brew at lager temps. Dry hop with saaz or something similar. It wont taste exactly the same, but around the style.
