JasonS22
I just started my first brew today, the lager that comes with the kit. I did everything to a T, except when I poured in the last 3 liters, i forgot to stir before adding the yeast. so now i have a layer of water laying between my beer and yeast. Can i stir this even though the yeast has been sprinkled on top?
Guest
well it would not hurt for you to stir in the yeast now if only 2- 3 hours since pitching yeast will be fine. Sometimes i mix mine in sometimes leave it on top never noticed the difference to be honest but if want to do it will have to be now otherwise im sure it will sort itself out. Only thing it will affect would be the gravity reading but depends if you took it or not
