Hairy Posted November 20, 2011 Share Posted November 20, 2011 They are both malt extracts; one is in dry form and the other is liquid. The liquid contains 20% water so 1kg of Dry Malt is the equivalent of 1.25kg of Liquid Malt. They are both fine to use. The dry is better for longer term storage though.
