BenL12
I am going to put down a Mexican Cerveza (again) and wanted to add some hops to this one as the last one lacked something. I am not an advanced brewer and have never added hops to a brew before and plan to use finishing hops that you steep in a cup for 10 or 15 minutes. Can anyone tell me which hops would best suit a mexican style beer and any other easy low fuss ways of adding hops. Cheers
PB2
You could try increasing the hop character (aroma/flavour/bitterness) by diluting the brew less. Perhaps make it to 18 or 20 litres. Cluster hops might go okay.
Guest
Perle and/or Chinook for bittering. Saaz for flavor/aroma would do well too.
