Rob (Guinness Man) Posted June 11, 2011 Share Posted June 11, 2011 Hi guys, I've just done a Coopers Pilsner and I used 1KG of DME Amber with 350g of Dextrose. I'm curious,because I used 3lbs (about 1.4kg) of Munton's plain amber DME with a can of cooper's dark ale that I'm making into what has been called "whiskely" over here since colonial times.
