Todd
I purchased some ingredients today for my second brew. I decided to get the Coopers Pale Ale hopped malt concentrate but decided to go with a tin of Coopers light malt extract instead of using 1kg of Brew Enhancer. The problem is I can't remember how much of the light malt extract to add. Should I add the whole 1.5kg tin or just add 1kg? Any tips would be much appreciated. Dave
i'd do the whole tin personally but that's just me. i don't mind a stronger beer and a maltier taste.

I put in the whole can so we'll see how it tastes in a few weeks. Cheers Todd
Guest
1 DME = 1.25 LME So if you put in 1.5kg LME then that is equivalent to 1.2kg DME
