just wondering have you ever entered any Competitions with your brews

if so how have you gone in them

Coopers Best Extra Stout is probably our most awarded beer. From memory; Original Pale Ale, Sparkling Ale, Extra Strong Vintage Ale, Lager and Light have also picked up medals over the years.

You cant use the breweries beers to enter competitions[tongue]. You will win hands down.

PB that is good to hear about the commercial brew doing well, I would of though Pale would of done better IMO

 

 

on the Home Brew side

I had entered my first comp for as part of the Tanunda show

 

I entered a bottle from my Extra Strong Vintage Ale ( as per the recipe on this site)

 

I finished 2nd in the class and won best extract kit brew :)

 

very happy with that one.

think I might have to keep an eye out for more comps to try brews in,
