alexs2
can you re use the caps on the coopers plastic bottles?
GregT5
Certainly can[biggrin] I am only on my fourth brew so I am no authority on how many times they can be reused. I have read somewhere how many times they can be reused but can't find where. I am sure there is an expert here who can tell both of us.
johng12
I have always been bottling in glass, but since i got back into brewing and had no bottles i bought some pets. I have so far reused the caps six or seven times no problems so far time will tell.
AnthonyR1525228508
The only thing I don't like about the PET caps is that water gets under the "seal" in the underside of the lid. You need to do a bit of shaking to get the water out of each one and then dry it out. Almost enough hassle to get me buying new caps for each new brew. Muddy Waters
I always put my lids on wet. No hassle no problem.
