JohnS12 Posted February 1, 2011 Share Posted February 1, 2011 Hi must be cold over there,I beleive that if you used a larger yeast you should aim for around 3-5 C. we have the reverse today 32C. and over night 24C. i assume that you are talking about long term largering 4-5 months.
