Paul,

Searching past post I found that BE1 is 60% Dex and 40% Maltdex, Brew sugar is made of the same stuff what are the %'s?

Here's a rundown for you Warren:

 

Dextrose = 100% Dextrose

 

Brewing Sugar = 80% Dextrose + 20% Maltodextrin

 

Brew Enhancer 1 = 60% Dextrose + 40% Maltodextrin

 

Brew Enhancer 2 = 50% Dextrose + 25% Maltodextrin + 25% Light Dry Malt

 

Light Dry Malt = 100% Light Dry Malt

Thanks fellas, my problem now is which to use, if you use the BE1 and chuck some extra LDME in you could well finnish up with a Malty, good mouthfeel beer?
