@Malter White that's really interesting that one 2 litres ice block for each FV is enough. I would have guessed 2 for each fermenter. You have shown us the way

So far It's worked OK, UOB. I haven't had to contend with temps any higher than 38C so far. Ideally I would have liked ice blocks on both sides of the FVs but the fridge door won't close properly if the FVs are in the middle of the fridge.

At least it looks like you would have room for another one or more on the side you have them. Obviously depending on the room in freezer to fit them all.

Yeah been there when first started brewing used a tub of water. I could only replace bricks once a day and re freeze at night when was less hot but still too hot.
