Looking for some recipes to make a modified Mexican Cerveza using hops, grains, different yeast from the supplied Coopers yeast. Steep & dry hopped and any other recommendations.

Hey Northstar, welcome to the Forum.

If you check out the following link to the Coopers Recipe Spreadsheet and download the excel sheet, you can filter on recipes containing the Mexican Cerveza.  There are lots of ideas because this can is a great base for many beer styles.
