AndrewH16
Hi, Not trying to jump in on a post, but I have had the same experience this week with Irish Stout. Airlock bubbling away like mad, loads of foam on top, then after three days everything stopped, no airlock movement, now after 5 days the surface is just like flat beer, no foam. It's been kept at a constant 21 degrees by an internal heater. I'm going to leave it till 7 days and do a hydrometer test. Strange that myself and Dennis appear to be having the same symptoms!! EDIT: Just seen the reply above...I think I'll stop worrying and think about bottling when I get time later this week. Thanks

PB2
1020 is high for this recipe but if you are bottling into PETs, it's not an issue. Releasing the gas from overpressured PET bottles is dead easy [biggrin]
