therealthing691 Posted January 23, 2021 Share Posted January 23, 2021 As you know by now i love fruit beers the question is this i am going to do a cranberry with bottled juice .My plan is to reduce it from 3L to 1L but the question is it has vitamin c and acid regulator do you think this will matter . Most packaged fruit juice is fortified to give 100% RDA per serving, if it isn't that way already, naturally. Some contain 150% of the RDA. I would not use too much, and use a kit that is not too bitter. What do you mean by an acid regulator? Cheers, Christina. Hi Christina The regulator is in the juice was wondering if it would add off tastes but it didnt.
