Belcher
My first brew so bear with me Im in southern QLD and the temperature of my brew is a consistent 25 degrees. I mixed this batch last Friday midday. For the last 2 days the SG has read 10 on the Coopers plastic hydrometer. Should I bottle or wait?
Otto Von Blotto
It sounds finished but I'd leave it till the weekend. The extra time allows the yeast to clean up a bit making the beer taste better. 25 is a bit warm, try to get it down to around 18-20 in future if you can.
