PeiHomeBrewer
How many carbonation drops should you add to 1litre PET bottles? I have some left over from my last batch, so would two and a half be the correct amount?
Muddy Waters
Yeah 2 1/2 would be ok but it would be easier to bulk prime or use 6-8g of sugar/ dextrose per bottle and save your left overs. You risk contamination the more you handle the drops.
Kearnage
Not to mention how much fun cutting those little suckers in half would be..!
OmarL
just throw in 3, it will be fine. i use regular sugar lumps (4,5 grams) for my 500ml pet bottles, had no problems
MatR1
To get the half just suck on 1 until it's half gone... [bandit]

PB2
Had discussions with a home brewer, a few years ago, who was using a mini-band saw to cut the carbo drops. [roll] Carbo Drops are made from glucose and sucrose, with their main purpose being convenience and speeding up the bottling process - I would be measuring out sugar or moving to bulk priming before cutting up boiled lollies [pinched] [pinched]
