Wheat Beer Failure

Just an update - I tried a bottle of the hefe last night after two weeks in the bottle and I actually enjoyed it very much. I think this was a combination of the flavour mellowing out a little and also the fact I was prepared for the taste. I think it was a taste I needed to become acquainted with. Also the yeast was settled and didn't impart too much overpowering flavour. I'm excited to have an interesting new brew in the mix. Thanks for your information everyone
