Shamus O'Sean Posted September 28, 2018 Share Posted September 28, 2018 Hi Dusty I think you will be very happy with it. I have done the English Bitter twice now. Both times with 1kg light dry malt. If you want some ideas to take it further, the recipes page has Hop Gobbler. It uses Amber Malt Extract instead of Light Malt Extract and includes a small grain steep and some hops.
