Trusty1
Howdy Brewsters does anyone bother to use finnings with their Lagers? I have done a Lager toucan with 0.5 kg of LDM, 1kg of liquid bewing sugar, Hersbrucker hops tea bag boiled for 10mins, broke and was added to the fermenter lose (minus the bag). There is a fair bit of sediment still suspended in the brew after 19 days at around 16oC. would you guys add finnings to get a clear beer? I have a second fermenter that I can bulk prime with, if that will help. Thanks for your thoughts.
PB2
Finnings shminnings [pinched] Bottle the brew and let it naturally condition. It will clear with time.
Muddy Waters
Finings are a must trusty and then you need to filter your beer no less than 3 times [rightful] Nah, just kidding...what PB2 said [lol]
