Finnings for Lager

does anyone bother to use finnings with their Lagers? I have done a Lager toucan with 0.5 kg of LDM, 1kg of liquid bewing sugar, Hersbrucker hops tea bag boiled for 10mins, broke and was added to the fermenter lose (minus the bag).

There is a fair bit of sediment still suspended in the brew after 19 days at around 16oC.

would you guys add finnings to get a clear beer? I have a second fermenter that I can bulk prime with, if that will help.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Hey Trusty1...you know that finings are made from cows hooves don't you?....ever seen what cows stick their feet into?...think about that next time you consider sticking it into your brew![lol]
