Johno1525228972 Posted May 11, 2016 Share Posted May 11, 2016 Hey Guys, Thinking about making the 2 full extract Craft Brews - The Hoff and Boerderij Saison. They both use the Mr Beer Golden Unhopped Malt extract. Is there an alternative to this I could get from my local home brew shop? Also has anybody tried these 2 brews and care to share your thoughts? I'd probably just use some Coopers Light Dry Malt Extract though ... they will yield different gravity points, so if you replace the 250g of Mr. Beer liquid extract with 200g of the Coopers LDM you will be pretty much spot on.
