KevinB2
I am looking for a cheap solution to removing the taste of chlorine in my beer. My town water supply is treated with chlorine which is coming through in my home brewed beer, especially the lighter beer such as pale ale. Thanks Kevin
Dutchbrew76
to be honest I haven't had that happen with my first batch of pale ale which i mistakenly used straight tap water. however I have a water filter that is above sink which is cheaper than undersink models. I have also read that boiling your water first can do the same. you may also need to consider the sanitising method you are using
PB2
Yep, boiling will drive off chlorine. You can also sit a plastic cube filled with water out in the sun for a day.
