AussieJosh Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 Paul before you go i have one last question. i got 1kg of coopers dex and added 300g of it to a brew. i have tied the bag up with the remaining of the dex with a rubber band. i just wanted to know will the dex be ok to use in another brew in a few weeks even though its not air tight? The worst offender is our Light Dry Malt - being spray dried, if left exposed to open air it will draw in moisture and become a tacky mess.
