Brenton Brewer
Hows it going? I'm not sure who I am writing to. I have just drank a keg of Coopers Sparkling Ale. I got a Keg system for my 40th. I followed the recipe from the websight. As a Coopers Ale drinker, I was skeptical on how it would come up. It was awsome! My mates, (smartarse critics at the best of times) thought it tasted great. Is there a way of making the taste "thicker" like an ale from a stubbie that has been tipped or rolled? Also, I had trouble getting it to pour correctly, it seemed I had to mess around with the regulator each time I had a session.
