Dale and Ange
we put a brew on 24hrs ago. it keeps frothing from airlock and we have to keep refilling as we dont want it to run out of water. we are in central qld (HOT) so dont know if that has anything to do with it? the themometer reads 26 degrees and has sat at that since start. Please help as this is our first brew! Oh..... Its coopers lager
Pedler
Yeah same thing happened to me, I just kept filling with cooled boiled water, kept a close eye on it and all was well after a few days. Kegged after 2 weeks and turned out nice. Kym
Dale and Ange
cool. we have now also put a hose on the end of the air lock device (air tight) then ran the hose into a dish of water. air lock has pushed all water through and foam is in the airlock. but still have air lock without having to refill every couple of hours by running hose into water dish. no mesas now either. ange and dale :D
