raedan
I have started a stout last Sunday and I was told to use malt extract instead of dextrose which I did. The problem is that the fermentation has not started and now it's Tuesday. Should I add some dextrose to give the yeast something to work on?? The temperature is ok at 24 C so I don't know what is wrong can anyone help. :?
