PB2 Posted April 1, 2007 Share Posted April 1, 2007 Billy, welcome to the forum. :) If you can, keep the brew at the lower end of the recommended temperature range (ie 21C). A heat pad can work well (I use one from time to time) but it is best to not heat the base of the brew directly - strange aromas and flavours may occur if the sediment is heated.
