There is a recipe idea in the latest newsletter - I guess you have that??

Some more basic recipe ideas using Australian Pale Ale home brew:

1. Start with the Can and 1kg of Brew Enhancer 2 to 23 litres.

2. The can + 500g Light Dry Malt + 250g Dextrose to 23 litres.

3. The can + 500g Light Dry Malt + 100g Dextrose to 20 litres.

4. The 2 cans + nothing else to 25 litres and both yeast sachets.

5. The can + Mexican Cerveza to 25 litres and both yeast sachets.

Try to keep the ferment temp toward the low end of the scale (18-21).

You could use hop addditions to any of the above.

You could also use our commercial ale yeast culture (or try a liquid yeast culture from a home brew store).

My 2cents worth, this comes out more in the style of an American Pale ranther than an Australian Pale:

The can, a kilo of light dry malt extract.

200 grams of Crystal malt. Steep in a coffee plunger add the liquid. The grains then go to the chooks.

12 grams of Cascade hops steeped and added to the primary.

Cheers,

Greg
