Mexican Cerveza

G'Day, Could anyone tell me if a fg of 1010 to 1012 is normal for a mex brew. I've only had 1 other mex which hit 1008 and went no further but that was about 2-3 mths ago. Could it have something to do with my environment ( Coffs Harbour, northern NSW ) I made it straight to recipe that being:

 

1x mex can

 

1kg brew 2

 

to 20 ltrs

 

Average temp. throughout the brew is a steady 24-25 degrees.

 

I'd appreciate any feed back on how to get it down.
