Yhea it is quiet in here isnt it.

 

 

 

Im enjoying my first ever brew at the moment, bit Fruity for my taste actually. Certainly drinkable, but yhea i dunno has a fruity taste.

 

 

 

My second brew has been in the botle almost two weeks so hanging to try that one.

Soak up the advice on these forums and your brew will improve out of site :D

If you used the can and sugars that come with the kit - Lager and Brewing Sugar - the brew can turn out fruity. The fruitiness should lessen with time in the bottle.

 

 

 

Just tried a botle of Coopers Pilsner, brewed as per instructions and this is much more to my likeing. So will be enjoying this while the Lager is ageing.
