Timmsy
Hay paul i was looking at your recepie for strawberry blonde in the homebrew section and it said to use 325grms of strawberry clover honey. Where the hell can i get that from?? I looked last night but couldnt find it. Im thinking i might go to the Central Markets tonight and have a look unless you can point me in the right direction.... PB2
It was a Leabrook Farms product. Not sure if it still graces the supermarket shelves?? You could use any light flavoured honey as a substitute. If you like strong flavoured honey (like leatherwood - yuck!) you could throw that in.
