trabfountain
This is a Coopers recipe using 1.7kg Coopers English Bitter 1 kg Coopers Brew Enhancer 200gm Molasses There is no mention of expected ABV. If anyone has made this I would be be interested to know what this would be and also how good is this beer?
PB2
Should turn out around 3.8% ish. Not a bad drop but I prefer using this kit with 1kg of Light Dry Malt, made to 23 litres.
trabfountain
I'll take your advice and use the Light Dry Malt. Will this increase the ABV. If not what do I need to add to get it around 4.6%? Cheers
PB2
Yep, the kit plus 1kg of light dry malt made to 23 litres should produce about 4.6% to 4.8% ABV.
