Initial thoughts: CPA Can 500g LDME 300g Dex Kit Yeast Hops Available - 50g Citra - 40g Amarillo - 30g Centennial - 25g Nelson I love hoppy beers and aromatic over bitterness and so Initial thoughts were below: Steep All Centennial All Nelson 20g Amarillo 25 Citra Dry Hop day 3 20g Amarillo 25g Citra Comments welcomed Cheers, AB Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am finding that I get hoppy aromatic brews with around 100g of hop in brews using unhoped malt extract. Also sometimes less is more so I'd be inclined to leave the Nelson out altogether and use in another brew. I'd probably hold back some of the Citra as well and combine that with the Neslon in another late hopped APA kit. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
