DaveH21
OK - bottled my 26.5L Brown Ale. It tasted ok which pains me, because now all I can think of is how good it would have been if I hadn't screwed up and made it to Muddy's original 21L recipe [sad] Anyway, whacking this in. Thomas Coopers IPA Can Thomas Coopers Light Malt 1.5Kg 300g Crystal Malt (steeped 30 minutes) 20g Galaxy and 40g Amarillo dry hopped 350ml US-05 Trub from previous brew Pitching at 22 and dropping to 19 within 6 hours Then put in the brew fridge High hopes for this one - the IPA can is a ripper !
