IPA: 9 litre BIAB batch Malt: Mash @ 66C for 60 mins, mash out at 72C 2.2kg 2-row 0.3kg Vienna 0.15kg Carapils 0.15kg Caramalt Hops: 10g Chinook - 60 min\t 15g Cascade - 15 min\t 10g Centennial - 15 min 15g Cascade - 10 min\t 10g Centennial - 10 min 30g Citra - 0 min 20g Columbus - 0 min 30g Centennial - Dry hop 20g Citra - Dry hop 30g Columbus - Dry hop Yeast: US-05 OG: 1.068 FG: 1.015 ABV: 7% IBU: 68 This would surely live up to its name, don't you guys think so?
