Hey all, I have a crazy idea for a super hoppy US IPA made with Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, Citra, and Columbus hops.

C-C-C-C-Combo Breaker! IPA: 9 litre BIAB batch

Malt: Mash @ 66C for 60 mins, mash out at 72C

2.2kg 2-row

0.3kg Vienna

0.15kg Carapils

0.15kg Caramalt

Hops:

10g Chinook - 60 min\t

15g Cascade - 15 min\t

10g Centennial - 15 min

15g Cascade - 10 min\t

10g Centennial - 10 min

30g Citra - 0 min

20g Columbus - 0 min

30g Centennial - Dry hop

20g Citra - Dry hop

30g Columbus - Dry hop

Yeast: US-05

OG: 1.068

FG: 1.015

ABV: 7%

IBU: 68

This would surely live up to its name, don't you guys think so? [cool]

That's true! I was getting my old school fighting games mixed up. Me and my mate used to think that the sound effects in those games were so funny!

Either way though, too many of these and you would be KO'ed. [pinched]

Just dry hopped this one tonight. Will let it go for five more days before racking and crash chilling to drop the hops out. Expecting a pretty massive aroma from this one!
