TimA3 Posted March 30, 2012 Share Posted March 30, 2012 Did the following as a little twist on a corona Coopers cerveza can 500g ldme 1kg be2 25g Amarillo hops @ 2 mins - steep for 30 mins in 3l. Pour all (no straining) into wort 2 packs of the coopers ale/ lager yeast ( which comes with cerveza can) Ferment @ 20 degrees. Service with a slice of lime MAGNIFICANT!!! I always found the Cerveza to be a little flavourless for me (blame 15yrs of smoking - quit 8 months ago so I could taste beer better[biggrin]) so do the hops fix it up a bit?
