Finings will help to clear your beer \u2013 no real point in adding more than 5g per brew. You can buy Davis gelatine and it will do the same job. 2. Simply leave your brew to sit for a few more days before bottling. 3. You could rack and cold condition it for a while before bottling (do a search on racking).
