GlenH8
G'day everyone, I just joined. I have been making coopers home brew and others over the past 30yrs. But I have been out of the brewing game for about 17yrs now. I have this Coopers Mexican Cerveza and I have lost the instructions, but trying to rember in my memory banks the correct procedure. I have purchased new brewing yeast, sterilized everything, good water and I am ready to go,I have dextrose corn sugar, I am just wondering how much sugar would be beast for this mailt? Thanx and have a great day........
Muddy Waters
Hi Glen - Welcome [biggrin] Coopers recommend using 1 kg of Brew Enhancer 2 with this can. BE2 is made up of 50% Dextrose + 25% Maltodextrin + 25% Light Dry Malt. Alternatively you can use 500g Light Dry Malt with 250g of dex. I generally avoid the brew enhancers myself but for a beer like the Cerveza I would just do it as they say.
