Can of Coopers Dark Ale Can of Coopers Malt extract (Dark) 250 grams Corn syrup 10mls Liquorice extract 1kg Dextrose? What do you think? Looking at the ingredients (assuming it is made to 23 litres) - it should be the colour of stout but not as bitter, probably around the 6 - 7 percent alcohol mark. Norm Posted March 7, 2006 Author Share Posted March 7, 2006 Thanks Paul I put the brew down last night Minus the Dextrose (chickened out ) Got home tonight to find froth comming out of the air lock I't is made to 23 litres And is the color of Stout.
