PB2 Posted February 24, 2006 Share Posted February 24, 2006 I haven't tried to carbonate a brew with cellarmix - have only done it with CO2 and my preference is naturally conditioned kegging. However, due to the nitrogen in cellarmix I would imagine you would need to keep around 300kpa on it for a longer period than you would with CO2...maybe gas it up with a head pressure a bit higher than 300kpa.
