TrueBrew
I have a tin of nut brown ale and 60g of Amarillo hops and 60g of Nelson Sauvin hops. Also have around 750g of LDM ready to be used. Can anyone help me out with a decent recipe? I have bought Safale 04 yeast as I am ultimately a malt flavour lover, not a hops bitterness man. Just want a nice malty ale with a fruity aroma at the end of the day. Any suggestions appreciated. Still new to hopping and have got a nice new digital scale so I don't end up with another double hopped SMOTY ale... I also have a mash/grain bag that I could put the hops into and steep in the fermenter if that is necessary. Hope someone can help me out here. Cheers
Matty A
Maybe just use 500g of the LDM with the can and then dry hop 30g or so of the Nelson Sauvin hops. Not sure what it would come out like but experimenting is half the fun.
