weggl
Hey Canadian, that Chinook will sure make it bitter[pinched] Maybe the brown rice stuff might sweeten it a bit[love] Weggl
Canadian Eh!L
hi weggl, yes i know that the chinook is a very bitter hops. i have used it before in another brew. it was a long time ago but i do recall liking it alot. i seem to remember impressing a few friends. i do like a beer with a good bitter bite. Toucan canadian blonde 28g chinook 15mins 14g cooper's yeast 23L With this CV cream i was wanting a crisp, clean ale with a strong hops character. i wanted a skunky aroma and somehow i ended up with piney (chinook) and citrusy (cascade). luckily 99% of the time i only have to please myself![biggrin] i hope it's a winner. 99% chance i'll like it[bandit] chad
