MattC10 Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 Hi all. I thought I'd post a recipe for a special ale that I made for the holidays. It met with some really good feedback! To Cooper's Real Ale, I added 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a table spoon of orange zest. The finished brew had a really nice aroma and spicy flavor.
