Matty A Posted February 21, 2011 Share Posted February 21, 2011 I added honey to my canadian blonde while mixing it (since it is sugar it ferments) and let it ferment. Tasted great at around 1 month old but since it is now almost 3 months the taste of honey is almost gone. If I were to do this again I would drink it young. I also addred around 500g of Bimble Box Honey which is a rather light type of honey and is quite easy to obtain at the local honey place down the road.
