Trusty1
Howdy The other day I put down a Euro Lager with: + BEII equivalent from LHBS + 250gms of LDM and + 200gms of light cracked grain after a 30 min boil. I used the packet yeast that came with the kit. It is both my first brew in active temp control, I am brewing it at around the 12-14C in a fridge with a timer and my first attempt at grains. All looking and smelling good (well it smells like it's suppose to, anyway, which is eggy!) I also have an OS Dark brew down with a LHBS Dark Brew Booster, which consists of: + 600gms Dex + googms Dark Dry Malt, and + 200gms Maltodextrin. I also threw in about 200gms white sugar. I am brewing with recultured sparkling ale yeast and originally filled to 18L and then topped up to 23.

Muddy Waters
Classic stuff! Of course anyone who has been brewing for a while knows what goo grams mean. Put goo grams of anything in a beer and you are well on your way to perfection. [biggrin]
