I was hoping to brew up something as close to it as i could. I've only put down 10 brews and playing with hop bags at the moment, so still novice. Any tips appreciated. What would be the result if i used 1 kg ldme as opposed to 1.5kg amber malt extract in that recipe or perhaps BE2 and 500g ldme? Thought i'd ask as I have these at the moment.
